4-6 prawns 1 chicken thigh 3-4 quartered mushrooms (closed cup) 3-4 quartered mushrooms (shiitake) 6 snow peas (halved) 1 oz sweetcorn 2 scallions (chopped) vegetable oil 1 egg, whisked 10oz brown rice 1 tbsp. soy sauce
to marinade chicken: grated ginger, splash of soy sauce, salt & pepper
